Effect of moxibustion on the blood picture in experimental anemia rabbit

Abstract
|
|
|
In order to investigate the influence of moxibustion on blood picture in rabbit induced anemia with phenylhydrazine HCI, electrolytes in blood or plasma, hematocrit, and the levels of protein and glucose in plasma were determined in this study.
The rates of iron in blood were increase some few than in control group.
The concentration of calcium in blood was elevated in experimental group.
But the concentration of magnesium in control group and then the concentration of sodium and potassium in plasma of experimental group when compared with that of contral group, did not show significante differences.
The rates of hematocrit and hemoglobin were elevated some few than in contral group.
The concentration of pratein and glucose, in experimental group showed in cresed.
These results were compared with correspanding contrary group.
